Albert Gore Jr. was a mild-mannered former Vice President of the United States, desperately trying to save the world from global warming. He met with scientists developing a "supertree" serum, capable of transforming ordinary trees into carbon-sequestration powerhouses. A tragic accident infused Al Gore with this serum, giving him an inhuman tree-like appearance, but also granting him amazing tree superpowers! From then on, the public would know him as...
